INDIVIDUAL ASSESSMENT:
The assessment for Sales Professionals is a two-part exercise – the first based on metrics / KPIs and the second based on a psychometric analysis. While the metrics based reports will indicate actual and current performance, the psychometric analysis will measure your key characteristics against a desired set of characteristics for a Sales Leader and the report will point to areas of strength that you can build on as well as areas that you can work on to improve. During this period, he was responsible for starting and growing the technology practice. Since 2010, he has been solely responsible for global sales of Engineering Services for Barry-Wehmiller, growing the business from $4 million to over $23 million in a span of 4 years.
