With over 35 years of experience in IT services, Project Management, Systems Engineering, and Operations Management, Prasad Revur specializes in coaching and training professionals to reach their full potential. A certified coach, he has coached more than one hundred associates, including mid- and senior-level managers from IT, Manufacturing, Projects, and Sales, enabling them to achieve their true potential in career growth and personal development.

As a trainer, he has conducted over five hundred workshops on topics such as “The Sales Leader,” Leadership Excellence, Quality Tools and Techniques, Project Management, and Personality Transformation. He was a keynote speaker on many seminars. As a visiting faculty at prestigious institutions like the University of Hyderabad and NMIMS, Prasad Revur has imparted knowledge in Project Management, Six Sigma, and Supply Chain Management to MBA students. He is also part of distinguished lecture group at ISHRAE.

Prasad has an extensive background that includes 15+ years in IT services, collaborating on international projects and successfully implementing quality processes and ERP systems. As an account manager, he has led multiple key accounts in BFSI for various IT services, delivering EBIDTA on a regular basis.

With strong functional knowledge in Leadership, Manufacturing, Healthcare, BFSI, and Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Systems, combined with expertise in Positive Psychology, Emotional Intelligence, NLP, and Appreciative Inquiry, he effectively trains and coaches executives.

Accomplished serial entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and growing businesses from scratch. Particularly adept at visioning and strategizing and most importantly, successfully executing on the vision. Experienced in multiple domains, including sales & marketing, HR, and operations with key skills in Organization Development and Sales Management.

Over the last three decades, Senthil has had myriad experiences that reinforced the foundation to build businesses. The tenure as a Sales Engineer in Tube Investments and Product Manager in Sterling Holidays gave a strong footing in sales and marketing, spanning 10 years. During that time, he propagated the importance of strategy, discipline and process orientation in enriching the sales pipeline and improving conversion. A short stint at ABC Consultants enabled him to understand how to attract and retain the best talent available in the market across various domains.

Over 20 years with Barry-Wehmiller, a consulting company offering solutions to the manufacturing & technology industries, he orchestrated the growth from 6 associates to many hundreds in roles including Project Manager, Operations Manager, Business Development, and Business Unit Head with complete P&L responsibility. During this period, he was responsible for starting and growing the technology practice. Since 2010, he has been solely responsible for global sales of Engineering Services for Barry-Wehmiller, growing the business from $4 million to over $23 million in a span of 4 years.

Currently, heads two companies- The Sales Leader and EmergWay Academy, and focusses on Sales, Organizational Development and Leadership Building through training, coaching and mentoring programs.
